Nice hour or so on 4.7m but a bit gusty and easing so up to 5.3m. and bigger fins. Nice waves and realise if I come in over back I need to be turning or I outrun waves.Some ok turns. Sailed for 3 hours including sail change and pleased to have the energy as not long agy I was knackered after 40 mins.
